~Do you have a store?
Nope, we are an e-commerce store but if you happen to have a store and want to have some of our products in your store please contact us to discuss wholesale accounts.

~Do you ever have sales?
We often offer discounts to our followers on social media so make sure to like our FB page and follow us on Twitter.

~How fast will my items ship?
Items ordered by 2:00 PDT will be shipped on the following business day. We do not ship on Federal Holidays but will ship on the following business day.

~Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed we cannot cancel your order.

~What if something is wrong with my order?
If you receive your order and something is damaged or broken please contact us at sales@theunknotted.com. Please keep the item in the event that we need you to send it back to us. We will make every effort to replace the item in time for your event.

~Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not accept international orders on our website. But, please contact us at sales@theunknotted.com to place your order. We will calculate shipping and send you a PayPal invoice for your items. Delivery times are typically 1-2 weeks for international orders.

~Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only California residents are required to pay taxes on purchases.

~What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
PayPal will allow you to check out with a guest account.
